  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales and managerial experience, preferablyin a senior role with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting strategiesand results at all organizational levels.
  • Skilled in negotiation, closing sales contracts, anddeveloping others through coaching and mentoring.
  • Proactive, results-driven, analytical, and preferablyexperienced in the automotive dealership industry

Fleet Service & Parts Sales Specialist

  • Graduate of Automotive or Marketing course
  • With experience in automotive systems, fleet maintenance,and service repair processes
  • Skilled in automotive technology, sales, and businessoperations
  • Knowledgeable in sales strategy, reporting, productpromotion, inventory, and territory management
  • Computer literate and preferably with a valid driver’slicense

Sales Executives

  • Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course
  • Sales or automotive dealership experience is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Preferably with a driver’s license

Service Technicians

  • Graduate of Automotive course
  • Must be NCII Certified

Leadman

  • Graduate of Automotive course
  • Must be NCII Certified

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Preferably knows how to drive and with driver's license
